I did finally get into the kitchen this afternoon
and put my chuck roast into the Ninja Foodi for
tonight's meal.  It got a good browning before
adding a beefy liquid and several spices to the
pot and it has about 30 minutes left before plating.

Penne pasta with a creamy cheddar cheeze sauce, tuna, and peas... AND
croutons to garnish...!!!
Kind of a gussied up mac 'n  cheeze, I guess...
