 I did finally get into the kitchen this afternoon
and put my chuck roast into the Ninja Foodi for
tonight's meal.  It got a good browning before
adding a beefy liquid and several spices to the
pot and it has about 30 minutes left before plating.
 My chuck roast is large enough for at least two
more meals.  Yes, that means there will be those
dreaded leftovers that sends a certain poster here
into a frenzied tailspin.
 

You should evict that guy from your head!
Nothing wrong with chuck roast, and sometimes the leftovers can be better than the first meal. Sure good enough for me.
