Pan fried catfish fillet, lightly dredged in seasoned flour, then dipped

use corn oil to pan fry the fish.  Sliced steamed zucchini will go with
it.  I thought about coating & frying the zucchini (I do love it that

pot and it has about 30 minutes left before plating.
