Not that I think this applies to Jill, but I used to know people
whose definition of a fancy restaurant was "They have metal
flatware."

That would be a classy place. I was once kicked out of a bar by a greasy
bounce because my clothing was inappropriate. I was meeting some people
I had been playing baseball with. The bar had to parts,the beer joint on
one side and the disco. I tried to explain that I was supposed to meet
some friends and wanted to look and see if they were there. He don't me
