It's Hindi for "chicken in butter or cream sauce", as your artificial
friend would have told you if your purpose were not merely snarking.
My husband prefers it with chicken. I might try adding a little
paneer for myself next time I make it. I've also done dal makhni.
You're talking well over Bruce's head. He doesn't cook, he snarks.
