I've seen a 'recipe' online or TV where brown sugar is
sprinkled on the almost done, I think, bacon.  Then a
light drizzle of maple syrup is added, and it's called
maple crack bacon.  If the crack is in reference to
the bacon slightly cracking/snapping when bitten into
or if it's addicting as crack cocaine, I'm not sure.
