Might work well in a watermelon and feta salad.
Many years ago, the Chef at the local Chamber of commerce
dining room used to serve a salad composed of avocado flesh
and strawberries.
It was absolutely delicious!!!
salt pepper and a vinaigrette? I might have to try that
in summer.
