Roast chicken with gravy made from the drippings, baked potatoes with sour cream, carrots, peas.
Tomorrow will likely be soup, either orange lentil or potato leek, with homemade bread.
 

Soup sounds good!  Leeks are in season now and I have some potatoes which need to be used up.  I should make potato leek soup. :)
