Re: Sunday night dinner... lamb chops

I had picked up a package of 8 lamp loin chops at Costco and my wife
did a great job of cooking them. She cooked them on the grill pan and
finished them in the oven to a nice medium rare.  She also roasted
some small potatoes, steamed some asparagus and made a nice salad
with blue cheese dressing.
 
Dessert was a bowl of locally canned pears and a Portuguese tart.  I
had a nice glass of Shiraz with the chops and a brandy with my coffee.
