Dave, that Sunday dinner sounds absolutely perfect.  Your wife nailed it with those lamb chops! Finishing them in the oven after the grill pan is such a pro move - it’s the best way to lock in those juices without overcooking. And pairing them with a bold Shiraz? '‍🍳😘
