oh, you know what? cuz i was gonna say, i don't know what to do about celery, if you are lazy.
then it just hit me. but some celery powder. not the salt, it would be way too salty, campbell's has so much salt. hey, i wonder....if you bought the low sodium chicken noodle, if you only could find celery salt, then it would even it out, that might work....
and maybe onion power....you know, carrots, celery, and onion, are staples for soups....
but i can't imagine onion in there. never thought of it or tried it.
for example,  you wouldn't put onion in your split pea soup i think that ruins it. carrots and celery, yes. onion, no. my aunt used to put in chunks of potato and ramen noodles, too. broken up a little more than a little. but not into tiny pieces. This is a response to the post seen at:
