Tonight's fare at Joan's Joint is going to be
homemade tomato soup. I've found several
recipes for this and all are pretty much the
same thing so I thought I'd give it a try.
As much as I've always loved a bowl of hot
tomato soup I just can't stomach Campbell's
version any longer.

A grilled sandwich might be an accompaniment,

The 13 minute dinner.
I went to Publix and they had stuffed potato skins in the prepared food
case. Four in a package but two is a decent serving size. They give
instructions for both oven and air fryer.

Two pieces of the Just Barely chicken breasts takes 13 minutes in the
air fryer. When the timer got down to 6 minutes, I added the potato
skins. While that was going on, I made a salad.

Not gourmet fare, but decent, easy and fast. I'm thinking of staring a
new TV series and I'll pitch my idea to Food Network. I'll call it:
Easy Meals for Lazy Old People.
