 I wish there was a decent Tex-Mex restaurant nearby.  There is a restaurant a short walk from my office but it's the same old boring fare.  A few steps up from Taco Bell, mind you, but still not great. I'm not one to complain about salt but their food is very salty.  They do make an excellent cheese dip using queso fresco. :)

Don't you have an oven?  I can't imagine eating Taco Bell with one at home.   For example, quesadillas are fucking simple to cook.

Yep, sometimes lunch is my biggest meal of the day.

I think I'll skip lunch today to bring my blood sugar down.  The current negotiations are improved with every low blood sugar recorded.  I had 1 coffee w/ cream for breakfast.
