Saturday night chow. But I thought I'd ask just the same
before I shuffle off to the kitchen. Big lunch/dinner
plans for either tonight or Easter Sunday?

I've got one leftover dish to finish off tonight, however
I'm also going to start on Easters' meal. There's a small
boneless ham to go in the oven for a short while. Then
there's Steak House Potato Salad to be started as well.
Small red potatoes have been scrubbed and will be steamed
in the microwave and then the goodies to go into those so
it can chill overnight. As has been discussed here in the
past, potato salad and many other 'salad' dishes greatly
benefit from a long rest in the refrigerator, preferably
overnight.

Most likely the drinks for both meals will be some sort
of diet caffeine-free cola/soda. I'll leave the wine
to Dave and Ed.
