Publix has one too but I don't know what day.
 
Generally Monday and Tuesday mornings are the days to practically
have the store to yourself.

 
 
Publix does not have a senior discount.  The do have good BOGO sales
though.  They start on Thursday, so this week I went on Monday for
the last group and yesterday for the new ones.  Happened to be some
of my regular buys so I bought $130 of product for $65.  That
includes 4 bottles of wine.
 
I prefer to go between 8 and 9 and it is easy with no crowds.

BTW, I looked it up and Publix is odd with all sorts of 'policies' on
this.  Some seem to do it once a year (useless), some once a month
(almost useless).  Others just certain hours on certain days (fairly
restrictive).  You pretty much have to ask each store which means it's
apt to not be well known.
