BTW, I looked it up and Publix is odd with all sorts of 'policies'
on this.  Some seem to do it once a year (useless), some once a
month (almost useless).  Others just certain hours on certain days
(fairly restrictive).  You pretty much have to ask each store which
means it's apt to not be well known.

 
Never ran into that. They have different ones every week.  Check the
web site.  They start Thursday and go to Wednesday at closing.  If
they have things I want, I buy them and save.  Had a good wine
special this week and now have six bottles of Art of the Cooper for
the price of three.
 
Skip the legalese and go to the store and take advantage.
