I didn't cook it

My son's Egyptian friend came over to his house last night and made kofta.  He brought over the leftovers this afternoon.  It was good, though drastically undersalted.  It was beef only, and I liked the beef and lamb version better that we got at a restaurant in Chicago years ago.
