The 13 minute dinner.
I went to Publix and they had stuffed potato skins in the prepared
food case. Four in a package but two is a decent serving size. They
give instructions for both oven and air fryer.

Two pieces of the Just Barely chicken breasts takes 13 minutes in the
air fryer. When the timer got down to 6 minutes, I added the potato
skins. While that was going on, I made a salad.

Not gourmet fare, but decent, easy and fast. I'm thinking of
staring a new TV series and I'll pitch my idea to Food Network. I'll
call it: Easy Meals for Lazy Old People.
Lol, I'd watch just for the snicker value!
I can't remember the name of it but there used to be a cooking show on
one of the PBS channels about cooking for "seniors". It didn't capture
my interest.

I'm eating a senior ready-to-eat meal. All you have to do is microwave
it for 3 and a half minutes. I cooked it for 4 minutes longer and the
pork chili is not fully warmed up. It's a depressing, cold, meal. Boy,
seniors have got it bad!
