I can't recall seeing imitation lobster. I've seen imitation crab (aka
krab) which is basically white fish, usually pollock, ground into a
paste with some other stuff then pressed and formed to look like it came
out of crab legs. It's not something I actually look for.

I had a lobster roll from McDonald's. Beats me if it's real or
imitation. I paid 11 bucks for it and it was pretty good. I don't want
to know if it's real or not. What difference would that make?

I've never seen fake lobster (kobster?), but this looks real to me.
