paste with some other stuff then pressed and formed to look like it came
out of crab legs.  It's not something I actually look for.

To me, too.  Fake lobster is much more uniform looking.

The supermarket fake lobster is always chunks.  I guess you have
to shop someplace really special to find fake lobster that doesn't
