I don't think I have seen imitation lobster where I shop. I
will look harder.
I can't recall seeing imitation lobster. I've seen imitation
crab (aka krab) which is basically white fish, usually pollock,
ground into a paste with some other stuff then pressed and
formed to look like it came out of crab legs. It's not
something I actually look for.
The photo looks more like imitation crab than lobster.
