Reducing the water bill.

I was shocked that my water bill went up 83 cents this month.  Careless use of utilities like that puts quite a strain on the budget.  I have a solution though.
The obvious work around is to reduce water use.  The question, How? Easy.  To reduce the water consumption and the ice that goes with it, I'm going to drink wine instead.
