The obvious work around is to reduce water use. The question, How?
Easy. To reduce the water consumption and the ice that goes with it,
I'm going to drink wine instead.
I've taken showers in Florida - it was a nasty, unpleasant, experience.
The shower water smelled like swamp water. I almost lost my lunch
cleaning myself. Lucky for me, there was bottle water in the fridge. I
had breakfast at a family restaurant and they made their coffee using
that swamp water. I almost lost my lunch drinking that coffee. The water
had the same swampy taste. I was trapped like a swamp rat, with little
options so I remained thirsty until the relief of bottled water became
available. What a life saver!
That was probably 100 years ago. Our county water is some of the best around. You can drink it unfiltered. Maybe some are not as good, but is is a big state.
