I have to say I am impressed. My appointment was for 12:30 but I took it over around 10 because I did not want to ride in the rain. We had had some rain but it stopped before I left. I wasn't expecting them to do it until my time slot, but they called at 11:15 to say it was done. $120. Only note for attention was that I will need a front tire soon. I got home and it started raining again.

Prepare to be scolded by Jill for this off topic drivel.
I have better things to do.
OB Food: A friend across the hall at the office brought something for lunch I'd never heard of before. (His wife is an excellent cook.) Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and an egg yolk that stays runny even after the ravioli is cooked in boiling water and then plated with a sauce. This recipe I found online calls for pancetta in the sauce but she makes a brown butter sauce. He reheated it gently on medium setting in the microwave so that the egg yolk was still runny when he cut into the Uovo in Raviolo.

Anyway, that's an On Topic food post for Larry.
