I suspect scrambled eggs
will be part of my menu and most likely some mashed
potatoes as well. Oatmeal is another good option.

4 cups milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. uncooked quick-cooking grits
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
