I had to look that one up. :)  It's no wonder I never knew he sold steaks.  I never watched (still don't) home shopping channels (QVC) or bought anything from Sharper Image.  His branded steak selling venture barely lasted 3 months.  The price was ridiculous, reviews of the steaks (provided by Buckhead Beef which was actually Sysco) were iffy, at best.
