I still have two corned beef briskets in the freezer.  The stores around here never stock enough of them to go on sale for half price.

I bought some boneless, skinless chicken breasts with a vague plan of
what to do with them, a few days ago. They turned Mustgovian yesterday,
so I'm boiling them to dice for ramen, today. That was not my original
vague plan which involved pounding flat and breading. Oh, well.

I'd have gone with the pounded flat, breaded and pan fried version with the chicken breasts but hey, I'm not the one cooking at your house. :)
