Hey, update on JK.  He had to go to eviction proceedings to

get tenants to leave, one single guy, and one married couple.  Thing is
this, the older sister, Karen, whom he called a bitch, acted as
"attorney in fact" in the case, suggesting that he is no longer mentally
competent to manage his own affairs.  Maybe soon he will be like Trump,
pooping in diapers.

more lodgers, and the attorney fees likely far exceeded anything he can
recover from the tenants.
