What are you doing for Russian dressing?

Mayo wigs me out, so I ended up going without. It was a bit dry, maybe
I should have bought some kind of thousand island. What do you use?
I don't usually make them at home. I might whip up a quick fake
using mayo, ketchup, pickle, minced onion, horseradish, and
Tabasco.
Even though mayo wigs you out, Russian dressing is just mayo with
other ingredients added. Even if you buy a bottle at the grocery
store, it's basically mayo.
I tried to make mayonnaise myself once, but even with a stand mixer, I couldn't get the right consistency. I'm not sure where I messed up.
Either way, the texture and ingredients of store bought stuff is just gross. Sophia's mother used to order extra mayo on McChickens. Ugh, so unpleasant, I couldn't watch her eat that sandwich.
