Every year there are reports of people dying of heat stroke because their homes aren't cooled and it gets so hot inside, even with windows open and fans running, their bodies can't stay cool.

In six years, I've adapted a little but but when you hit the extremes, hot is still hot. Sad that some still cannot afford a window AC to at least keep a bedroom comfortable.
Local news outlets ask people to donate fans to help people. But even with fans, it's just blowing hot air around. Dehydration is the problem. Bodies sweat to cool off but if you don't drink enough water to stay hydrated it's a losing battle in extreme heat conditions.

Maybe your Majesty could donate some bottled water? You can buy it at Publix, and they will even deliver it to the poor people in your kingdom, so your highness wouldn't have to lift a royal finger.
