Whatcha eating this first Monday of June 2025?
Baking, frying, grilling, stewing, or going out
for dinner?

Ham and cabbage with several clean, small red potatoes
thrown into the pot will be tonight's feast.  A small
skillet of cornbread will also be on the menu, too.
I will share this meal with a neighbor and probably
a banana later will be dessert for myself.
