Never thought about it.   I want an efficient layout, decent appliances.
When you say "faces" do you mean the stove?  My Kitchen has stuff in three directions.  The fourth is an 8' sliding glass door to the lanai.
One wall had stove and countertop, 60 degrees is the sink and countertop.  Pass through gap to the next wall with refrigerator.
