Good to see you back Jill. Hope you are fully recovered soon.

I just had a phone call from my SiL who sends regrets for being unable
to attend my wife's birthday bash. It's a big one.... 80. We had
reserved enough room for her family at a very nice brunch buffet at a
nice Toronto restaurant.  SiL suffers from ulcerative colitis and it
is really acting up. She is also suffering from light headedness.

My wife is bummed that her big sister won't be able to make it and was
tempted to cancel. Others are coming a long way for it, including a
nephew and his wife who are leaving in a few weeks for a 3 year
deployment to Singapore. The down side is the the big niece will be
there. At least it is a buffet for at least one of use will be getting
our money's worth.

Thanks for the heads up Dave. Please let us know how it goes. You
haven't been to a function with the big niece in a very long time, so
we'll be chomping at the bit!
She could be skinny on Ozempic and writing in a public forum about Big
Uncle.
Nonsense! Everyone knows canadian policemen are very slender, tall and muscular.
Perfect specimens.
