Hi all,
This may be a bit of a message in a bottle.
I was a active lurker in the OSR and indie RPG design circles on Google+ back in the day,
and like many others I migrated when G+ shut down. I went to MeWe initially,
but left not long after, and as a result I lost touch with a lot of people I’d
been regularly following.
Lately I’ve been trying to reconnect with that older OSR / DIY / small- press
design crowd, the folks who were sharing drafts, blogs, odd mechanics, and
half-finished games in comment threads, and I’m wondering who, if anyone,
from that Google+ diaspora is still around here.
If you were part of that scene and are still reading, I’d be glad to
say hello again. No big agenda, no attempt to recreate G+ (that ship has sailed),
just looking to re-establish a few conversations.
Thanks for indulging the nostalgia,
Unfortunately I found it fairly near the end. G+ was far superior to reddit etc. in many niche areas like that, just as usenet was in it's hayday.
I put a lot of my stuff on my web page/blog:
