That's right. Even Hurwitz seems to like this concerto ;-) But he thinks
that the rather stiff and sluggish recording by Leonhardt on SEON is the
best.
BTW in the booklet of that recording is written that the original
version was a violon concerto; Bach wrote 3 versions: violin, "organ"
and finally harpsichord.
The only concerto for harpsichod by Bach that originally was conceived
for harpsichord is concerto BWV 1061 for 2 harpsichords.
