This redefinition of „genocide“ seems to explain Ray’s pov — but Ray is
only being opportunistic, not truthful.
It should also be noted that Israel is not deliberately killing
civilians. As opposed to Bomber Harris they arranged for corridors,
leaflets to be distributed, still let humanitarian aid into Gaza etc etc
- it’s more like the civilians in Gaza who largely support a genocidal
organization want to murder Jews, whether civilian or not ;)
