Do you have any sources detailing
the casualties of RAF and the USAAF?
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/356423816_Aircrew_Survival_Rates_in_Bomber_Command_and_the_Eighth_Air_Force_An_Investigation_into_the_Question_of_Bearable_Casualty_Rates_1_February_1942_-_19_April_1944Google will find more. It is generally
accepted that the USAF's normalized
bomber losses during WWII were higher
than the RAF's. This was due not only
to day vs. night bombing, but also to
differences in training, equipment
(Lancasters vs. B-17 and B-24),
areas attacked, altitude, radar
and bombsights. Lots of variables
so rather difficult to sort out
all the factors.
