I always thought - I’m no expert though - it were Michelangeli‘s own
cadenzas. He uses the same first movement cadenza with Mitropoulos:

I really like - it might even be my favorite/one of my favorites. A few
years ago this was actually my fav recording of 466.
With Mitropoulos he uses a different cadenza in the 3rd movement:
