be thinking less about Dan's sexual parts.

I presume he was born American, and in the not too
distant past generation 70% of all American boys were
circumcised, according to the AMA, who advocated the practice
for all, just like other Jewish managed organizations.

Some Jews are or did decide not to circumcise,
while advocating it for non-Jews.
