Frank and Dan - and countless other Jews - have been abused as a child
by having their dicks mutilated with the approval of their parents.
 Since Frank is too brainwashed by Judaism he‘s unable to condemn this
godawful practice — a classic case of Stockholm Syndrome.
 With Dan the issue is more that he‘s a pathological narcissist, he
