Even if there was some reason other than travel circumstances, it
wouldn't be fraudulent because he disclosed how he was following the
event from the first blog entry.  There was no deception.  When his
impression of a pianist's tone was negative, he continued to qualify his
remarks when he thought it could be a limitation of the audio streaming.
