 I guess you are right... and correct. Although, always winning  gets boring sometimes. I do miss the tete-a-tetes with pompous ass liberals like Senor Smoke (AKA Pompous Ass TB, Captain Cut and Paste, etc), dIm and Mensa. They are humorless liberals but they sure provide a lot of comic relief. Apparently, they all took the road traveled by The Twins some years ago.

When I added this group to my list, I was unaware of the history of the group.  I thought it would be about RVs.  I did a bit of research and found it has always been this way here regarding political talk.  I call it talk, because you can't really call what goes on as discussion.  It's more like banter, if you're being generous.  Insulting political dogma if your being honest.  It doesn't take much of that and I end up just blocking all the idiots.  I find the positions of today's Marxist democrats too dumb to be able to have any useful discussion.  Too many lies, too much insanity, and just plain dumb.
Other than discussing RV things, I'm suggest discussing actual policy if you want to have a place for reasonable debate.  The conservatives have differing opinions on things and can actually learn from each other. I'll start with an example.
I can't go for the transgender thing like the left wants where it is all in our kids faces.  I want them protected from what I think is a mental health issue.  That said, at least in the US, an adult should be able to do what they want as long as it doesn't harm anyone else.  So what kinds of limits or rules need to be enacted to allow their freedom, while still protecting our children and our society?
