(META) Plan to restore RSPW to its former glory

Now that % has unsubbed we need to get this group back into shape.

First order of business: Reinstating Alex Cain as chief
Justification: Alex has been the driver of this group for decades.
Others have played off him but he's been the prime mover. Without Alex
Cain, this group cannot survive.

Second order of business: re-hiring Jason Todd, P-Dub, and Skeeter
Justification: These three tangoed like no others could, and are the
lifeblood of this newsgroup.

Third order of business: resurrecting Robby, Farva, and Unifarva
Justification: Regrettably, all three of these posters died. However, if
we could reanimate them and direct them to post to RSPW, the newsgroup
might thrive.
