You don't understand a shit. Russia has oil, so Russia, *should be* economically sound. The reason why Russia wasn't economically sound in the past, is because it had hostile intentions, so they were giving their money all over the world, to Cuba, to Ukraine, to Armenia. Then came Putin, and he changed the strategy, he kept money to Russia, but because of that Cuba, Ukraine and Armenia have less money. The consequence of that is that people in Cuba don't have electricity, and that people in Ukraine had to disconnect themselves from Russia and connect to the West. You think that Putin is doing some great moves, while in fact Russia is losing Cuba, Ukraine and Armenia.
BRICS does exist, but for which reason, nobody knows. Why BRICS exists, what do you think?
