like to ask you if you can download my tool [1]
and see if it works properly under your platform,
with different locales and codepages, even if
your Newsreader is us-ascii, 7 bit only and my
article is in UTF-8.

Please download the complete posting, with all
it's headers and run my tool with the following
parameters: sve v pubkey < article.txt
