File has data after %%EOF but I don't see anything else unusual.
What happens when you try to open it?

Trying to open either mouser or digikey files in or out of a
web browser using either adobe reader or foxit gets an incomplete
corrupted or not a pdf notice.
Files from Littelfuse website or preliminary version from
dayasheet archive are legible.
Notepad sees text of the illegible version as adobe v1.4 linear.
old and recent legible versions are v1.4 flat and v1.5 linear.
