I am using news@individual.de. No drop-outs or anything but no binaries.
Ok, not free but only 10 Euros a year and they let me pay for several years at a time to reduce the hassle.
Binaries! You mean people watch movies and TV shows when they could be designing electronics?
Pretty messed up if you ask me.
