Apparently "DC" means 2 GHz to these people. They test it with 8 pF
series caps on the input and output.

I once used a Maxim part rated DC to 10 GHz, that absolutely screwed
up below 100 MHz.

A lot of "DC" parts are actually characterized down to 9 KHz, because
lots of spectrum analyzers only go that low.

Grrrrr.
