You need a visa to emmigrate to Australia. People who sail in without having bothered to get the visa get deported to off-shore detention.

I'm 81 and Phil Allison, my neighbour from Summer Hill in Sydney wasn't all that much younger. He may have caught Covid-19 and died. Not all that many Australian's did, but our age group is more likely to die if we get it, even after being vaccinated (which most of us have been, some more recently than others).

There is more freedom in Russia than where you are.

Putin does seem to be free to expose people he doesn't like to the Russian chemical warfare agent novichok. That does seem to be the kind of freedom you seem to approve of.
Most of us prefer to live in places where the political leadership is more constrained.
