However, this is focusing all the attention on the immigrants. Concerned
citizens should instead be looking to find out precisely *who* put them
there in that small community. Find those people and you'll find out who's
your enemy within. Then focus the spotlight on *them* for a change. These
entities spend their whole time working in the shadows hoping to be
unobserved and you know the old saying, "daylight is the best
disinfectant" certainly applies in this instance!
