Zero Hedge makes it's money by peddling fatuous misinformation, which is why Cursitor Doom likes them so much - they supply the drug he craves.
Naturally they will object any scheme which penalises anybody who propagates falsehoods for profit - it would make their platform a lot less profitable. Not only because addicts like Cursitor Doom wpould be less likely to turn to them for their fix of bizarre fantasy, but because the people who pay Zero Hedge to propagate their preferred view of reality would not be able to place as much deceitful propaganda as they do now.
